The front-facing areas of your vehicle are constantly at the mercy of dirt and gravel from unpaved roads, loose debris from construction vehicles, severe driving and weather conditions, and staining from bug acids and bird droppings.
That's why Protective Film Solutions uses only Scotchgard™ Paint Protection Film from 3M to protect the most susceptible areas of your vehicle's paint.
Benefits of our paint protection film
- Helps preserve the value of your investment (helpful at trade-in)
- Maintains your vehicle's showroom look long after you drive off the lot
- Lessens the amount of damage to your vehicle
- The transparent urethane film looks better and protects better than traditional black vinyl bras and plastic bug shields
- Reduces need for touchups and costly repainting
- Can be custom-cut and applied to any other areas you would like coverage
- Nothing gets under the film because it adheres directly to the paint
- An exclusive clear coat allows you to buff scratches from the film and will retain its luster long after installation
Pre-cut and custom kits
PFS uses computer-designed kits that we pre-cut
to fit the year, make and model of your car, truck, SUV, RV or motorcycle.
Some vehiclesparticularly brand new models,
models older than about five years and race carscan get paint-protection film custom
cut. You can also get custom coverage if you
want more protection than our standard kits
offer, including full hood and fender coverage.
Front-end installation
Protective Film Solutions installs the film on
the most susceptible areas of your vehicle's front end: hood, fender tips, front bumper
and backs of mirrors on most vehicles.
Extra coverage
We'll install film anywhere you want extra protection:
- door edges
- door sills
- quarter panels
- rocker panels
- A-pillars
- rear bumper
- wheel wells
- windshield header
We also offer clear headlight protection.
Installation process
PFS applies the kit with a wetting solution and
stretches it into position. We then use an
alcohol-water mixture to wash out the wetting
solution and activate the adhesive.
