- Certified clear-bra installers – We have our certificates displayed at our shop, and our certification numbers are listed on the 3M website. If an installer says they're certified, ask for proof.
- Customer service – Ask any of our customers about the way we treat them, the extra mile we go to make sure that a mistake is made right, the level of genuine service we provide them ... and you'll know why we have such a devoted following and an impeccable reputation. We invite you to also check blogs and the local car club forums for their feedback on our company.
- 3M film – PFS uses only 3M film, a trusted brand for more than 100 years with decades of innovation in automotive and residential/commercial film. No other film manufacturer can claim all this.
- Locally based company – We're not part of a national or statewide franchise. We're wholly owned and operated right here in the Valley. Doing business with us helps keep the local economy going.
- Real commercial location – We don't operate out of the back of a pickup truck. When you come to us, you're not staring at a P.O. box or a residential address like many of the "fly by night" installers tend to use. We occupy almost 5,000 square feet of space in the Scottsdale Airpark, complete with carpet and air conditioning. Hey, we even have a coffee/snack bar and a comfy waiting area set up just for customers.
- Discounts – When you have us install a clear bra or window tint on more than one of your vehicles, we offer a 10% discount. We also offer specials and discounts for referrals who wind up using our services, as well as for members of car clubs, the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce and select other business partners throughout the Valley. How many other vendors do that?
- Payment options – We accept credit cards and cash ... making it convenient for you. Some vendors will only accept cash and maybe checks, leaving you no recourse to dispute a charge or quality of work/product.
- Stability – While many of our competitors moonlight as installers in their spare time, have left town, or have gone out of business, PFS is still around and exploring new services to offer you.
- Training Facility – We're proud to say that 3M considers our high-quality work and solid business standing to be worthy of being designated a 3M-Certified Training Facility that both trains and certifies prospective 3M film installers. This designation is bestowed only on a few companies nationwide.
- 3M Authorized Window Film Dealer – Prestige Dealer Network – Protective Film Solutions is one of only four companies in Arizona that is authorized to sell Prestige window film for homes and businesses.
- Warranty information – A warranty is only as good as the company that backs it up. When you purchase 3M film through a qualified and certified dealer like Protective Film Solutions, your warranty is offered by 3M as the film manufacturer, not by the distributor or installer. And you get it in writing. That means if the dealer or installer goes out of business or you move away, your warranty will still be honored by 3M, who will refer warranty work to another 3M-designated facility in your area. Some vendors (i.e., individual installers) offer a lifetime or limited-time warranty on their product, but provide nothing in writing to back it up ... not even when asked to do so by customers.
